UFODAP Hardware and Software Products Terms and Conditions

Now you can create your own system for automated, unattended UFO/AAP/UAP phenomena. UFODAP, in conjunction with RHOlch Systems, has developed all the required hardware and software tools for your own, custom UFO Data Acquisition System (UFODAS).

Many different configurations are possible – you can tailor your system to meet your data collection needs and budget and later expand your system as needed. In addition to individual components, a number of pre-configured systems are available that provide all of the components recommended for specific applications.

Configuration Options:

The minimum system to track and record flying objects would consist of the user's own PC, OTDAU software and a user-provided camera, minimally a USB webcam.
Sensor electronics, the MSDAU, is contained in a waterproof enclosure. It includes a mechanical structure for mounting the enclosure on a tripod, on a pole or building corner or simply on a flat surface if attached to the surface by a bolt of the same type as used in the tripod (5/8"-11)
Several copies of OTDAU and/or MC software can run on one PC limited only by PC speed and OTDAU camera frame size and rate. Since many combinations of UFODAS hardware and software plus user PCs and routers are possible, please see the computer selection discussion in the User Guide or contact us at team.ufodap@gmail.com to determine the most cost-effective configuration for a particular application.
Only one copy of OTDAU or MC software need be purchased for use by one user who may run multiple copies as needed, as described above.

Prices shown do not include shipping, sales tax, VAT or any other local taxes which will be charged based on order, shipping destination and customer-preferred shipping method as shown during checkout.

NOTES:

OTDAU and MC software are for Windows PCs or Apple Mac computers with PC emulation software.
Systems require software as listed which must be ordered as a separate item.
Costs are for quantity one. Tax, shipping or other location-dependent costs are the responsibility of the purchaser depending on location and shipping method.
Payment is due at the time of order.
A tripod is not required for fixed placement systems using one of the optional mounting brackets.
A tripod is typically transported separately from other items in transport cases.
Periodic software updates are free and may include bug fixes and/or new features. You will be notified by email when a new version is available for download.
An MSDAU includes its internal software. Periodic updates are included as part of Mission Control software updates.
All hardware items are built-to-order, not built-to-stock. Thus, hardware items have an approximate 30-day lead time to delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on component availability at the time of order. Parts substitutions may be necessary based on availability if, for example, a manufacturer declares a part to be End-of-Life (EOL).
Dahua cameras include a 5-year warranty from Dahua Technology via RHOlch Systems which is a Dahua Dealer.
All prices subject to change without notice. All items requiring fabrication such as mounted cameras, MSDAUs and systems are built to order and are thus subject to prevailing costs of parts at the time of order. After you place an order, your cost will not change regardless of UFODAP’s costs but the prices shown for new orders may change periodically to reflect market conditions.
